By registering and attending CYTO I PHL events and classes, you have read, understand, and agree to the following:
REGISTRATION / POLICIES
Must be 18 years of age or older to register and attend a CYTO I PHL event or class.
CYTO l PHL is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all, without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status in any of our activities or operations.
No registration is considered “valid” until a registration fee has been received. Registration fee is non-refundable.
CYTO I PHL reserves the right to cancel, postpone, and move an event or class as necessary due to circumstances beyond CYTO I PHL’s control. If the event or class is cancelled by CYTO I PHL, registrants will be given a full refund.
LIABILITY WAIVER / RELEASE
Participants agree to attend events and classes at their own risk, and agree to waive and release CYTO I PHL, its employees, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of actions whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while participating in any event or class. CYTO l PHL is not responsible for any injury, loss, or illness resulting from attending an event or class and the use of CYTO l PHL’s services and premises. All participants accept full responsibility for personal injury/or personal losses.
Occasionally photographs, videos and recordings of our in-person and live online events and classes are used for multiple outlets. By registering and attending, you acknowledge that your image or voice may be captured in photos or videos taken on behalf of CYTO l PHL and consent to CYTO I PHL’s use of your photo and voice without securing additional permission, without compensation, in publications, news releases, online and in all media whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity. You release CYTO I PHL, its employees, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, whatsoever of any nature.
In addition, by registering and attending a CYTO I PHL in-person or live online class, you agree that you will not record any part of the class, including audio or video.
